About the game
Everdream is an original dystopian sci-fi fantasy RPG, inspired by Type-Moon, Project Moon, Cyberpunk, Persona, Shin Megami Tensei, Monster Hunter, Chrono Trigger, Outer Wilds, and Horizon, with a story built entirely from scratch. It's a collaboration between Dreamseers and Dreaming Arts, a new development group founded in April 2026.
The world is called the Dreamverse: eight expanding universes layered inside the Nex Somnia, a transdimensional structure beyond space, time, and causality, where every "what if" that's ever been imagined quietly exists. Players climb through its layers by defeating high-ranking rivals and bosses, absorbing what they leave behind to reach places they couldn't survive in otherwise.

The Consumer of Worlds, and Everdream's protagonist. One of two twins born in the village of Koroba, Emyhr returned home after wandering from plane to plane searching for a way to redeem himself for what he did the first time Koroba fell. He believes it's his duty to free the village from Kharuun's rule, whatever that costs him.
Mimi
Mina Minessa, an Echelon Paradox Unit prodigy built from the wreckage of a dead world. After Aurellion-4 fell, her body was reforged from cybernetic remnants and genetic alteration, a singularity core now regulates power the EPU once feared she couldn't survive without. She's chasing one question across the multiverse: if the gods can do whatever they want, who's going to stop them?
Synton
Syntoniseur, codenamed Syn-9, "the Paradox Engine." Once a genius from a civilization razed by the Furiousa, he sold his knowledge to the very force that destroyed his people, then broke from them again when his ideals were ignored. He now leads Sanctus Machina, steering the modern world's use of artificial intelligence from the shadows, still chasing a perfection he's never found.
Mugaha
Kharuun "One Who Rises Through Hardship" Koren. Raised in Koroba on stories of a mother he never knew, his childhood cruelty curdled into an aptitude for energy conversion he once believed came from a local deity. Learning it actually came from his mother's EPU cell alterations sent him down a different path: splitting a faction of Koroba in two and staging the coup that changed the village forever.
Eon
EoN, the Time Detective. Sole survivor of a civilization of inventors annihilated by the Furiousa after their own leader betrayed them, EoN escaped guided by the Cog, his innate command over time and space. He now drifts between universes unraveling anomalies, and was the first to theorize what the EPU would later classify as NREM-9.
Piān Piān
Dié Piān Piān, a calm, introspective girl from the vanished planet Lúmiara, bound to the Butterfly of Continuance, a cosmic entity that can mend fragments of what's been lost. When she learned some things, like her home, can never be restored, she rejected Emyhr's path of destruction. She disappeared during a mission against the Abyssal Dawn Dragon, leaving only her sparkles behind.
Saviel
The Dusk Dragon That Defies the Dawn. Little about him is confirmed beyond his birth name, Saviel Veyr, and one fact that changes everything: he's Emyhr's brother.
